1. Introduction
Welcome to Manto Corfu. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://mantoretreat-corfu.com) and the booking of our retreat space, accommodations, and additional services. By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.In these terms, "we," "us," or "our" refers to Manto Corfu, located in Pagi, Corfu, Greece. "You" or "your" refers to the individual booking a stay, a retreat host renting the space, or any participant attending a retreat on our premises.

2. Services and Bookings
Manto Corfu provides a venue for holistic wellbeing, including accommodation, a yoga shala, a saltwater pool, and access to additional services such as private chefs and massage therapists.

Retreat Hosts: If you are booking the space to host a retreat, you are responsible for communicating relevant terms, safety guidelines, and schedule details to your participants.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent a formal confirmation email.

3. Payment Terms
Deposits: To secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Additional Services: Any supplementary services (e.g., content creation, bodywork, additional facilitators) requested during or prior to your stay will be billed separately and must be paid within 2 days.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at info@mantoretreat-corfu.com. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that Manto Corfu must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. We are not liable for any additional travel expenses or losses you may incur.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Property Rules
To maintain Manto as a sanctuary for slowing down and reconnecting:

Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to observe quiet hours between [Insert Time, e.g., 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM] to respect the local community and other guests.

Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property, indoor/outdoor spaces, or equipment during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your on-file payment method for repairs or replacements.

Prohibited Activities:  Smoking indoors, unauthorized events, or pets without prior approval are not allowed.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in physical activities, including but not limited to yoga, movement, and the use of the saltwater pool, involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or illness.

Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility (or the responsibility of the retreat host) to ensure that participants are physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities offered.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manto Corfu and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses to persons or property occurring on the premises.

6. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
